Everything in it comes from lived experience rather than textbooks. I've made most of the mistakes myself. I prefer to call them experiments, because I made a point of learning from every one.

Each is the full course, ebook and coach for one problem, priced so that trying one is an easy decision. A free diagnostic will help you work out which problem is actually yours before you spend a penny. Diagnosis first, prescription second. It's how I've always worked and I'm not stopping now.
