I didn't set out to build an estate. I set out to solve one problem: leaders making decisions under pressure that didn't match what they said they believed. Everything since has grown out of that problem, in the order it needed to grow, not the order a business plan would have chosen.

The RESOLVE Framework
RESOLVE came first, because you can't build anything on a floor that isn't level. It's a framework, not a philosophy you nod along to and forget by Monday: eight disciplines, a governance code, a way of testing whether a decision actually holds under pressure. It's free and it's open, and it lives on its own site because I never wanted price to be the barrier to a leader getting this right. theresolveframework.org has the full doctrine, the free tools, and the RESOLVE Diagnostic, if you want to see where you actually stand before you do anything else.
THE PRACTICE
Resolve to Lead
A framework you read about and a framework you practise are two different things, which is why the second thing I built was the way in to actually use it. The Leader with Resolve is the first book in the series, and Resolve to Lead is where the whole implementation path lives: the books, the case studies, the route from understanding RESOLVE to running it.
